The Alexander Hotel Spa

Location: Canmore, Alberta

Located at Spring Creek Mountain Village in Canmore, Alberta, and connected via a tunnel to the adjacent Malcolm Hotel, The Alexander Hotel Spa is a new 3.5-storey, 45-guestroom hotel built with a wood-frame structure. The development will feature executive suites and a wellness and spa facility on the main level, with guestrooms on the upper floors.

Working with METAFOR and Spring Creek Canmore, Aqua Plans Aquatic Consultants Inc. designed the aquatic amenities for both indoor and outdoor areas of the spa. The exterior wellness space will include a hot spa and a cold plunge pool, while the indoor wellness area will feature a warm pool with hydro jets and waterfall features, as well as a separate cold waterfall shower pool. A third-floor hot spa completes the luxurious wellness experience.
