Water Street by the Park is Kelowna’s newest iconic address, just steps from Okanagan Lake and Kelowna City Park. The development features two landmark towers, including the tallest in the British Columbia Interior.

Aqua Plans Aquatic Consultants Inc. designed and engineered the pool and two spas on the 6th-level amenity deck. This area, called The Deck, also includes a putting green, fire pits, barbecue areas, a fully equipped gym with lake views, a yoga and spin studio, a sauna, a theatre and art room, and a dog run with a wash station, offering something for everyone.
